When I started taking the truck apart I needed a vehicle to use for primary transportation.  So I bought a Smart Car.  I really enjoyed driving that car and you can not beat it for easy parking.  But since I put the truck into service in October 2011, I rarely drive the Smart Car any more.  For a while I kept it because I was worried that maybe the truck would not be reliable or that I would have situations where the range was not adequate.  But, after a year and a half of use, the electric truck seems pretty robust and range has not been a problem.  So I decided to sell the Smart and now it is gone.
