Trouble with battery order

I ordered batteries, a battery management system, and a charger from EV Components back in February. EV Components has now gone out of business without delivering prepaid order to a number of customers. At this point I don't know what equipment or money, if any, I will recover.

Update 2014-04-02

I was reviewing some of these pages and came across this one and it gave me some bad memories. The good news is my truck is working great and I have been driving it for about a year and a half now. But I want to leave a note here in case anyone stumbles across this page in the future.
