Today I drove the truck in what I think is the last trip with the internal combustion engine (ICE).  I drove it from my house to the shop where we will be doing the work.  I noticed a few weeks ago that I had a radiator leak and so I pretty much stopped driving it.

It wasn't too bad so I wasn't very worried about driving it today.  But when I got there a fair amount of water/coolant was dripping from the front.  I looked at the radiator, and it looks like there is now a significant crack there that I didn't notice before.  So this was definitely timely.  To keep the ICE in this truck any longer I would need to spend some $$$ on a new radiator and hoses.

To top it all off, I was almost out of gas.  So - good timing!

Oh, and what will I be driving while my truck is being converted? Scroll down below and see the picture of my recent impulse buy.
